I was selected as one of 83 participants from 2,500+ applicants to join nFactorial Incubator 2025, fully funded by Chevron, I built and launched SereneAI - a mental health platform merging Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with generative AI. I handled full-stack development (Python, FastAPI, Vue.js), integrated ML models for personalized therapy recommendations, and executed social media growth campaigns. The platform gained 500+ users within weeks post-launch, now serving users across Kazakhstan and internationally.

Co-founded and lead CatOps as CEO, building an AI-powered infrastructure monitoring platform that reduces server costs while consuming <1% CPU usage. I assembled a cross-functional team, secured international investment, and grew the platform to 1,000+ active users including universities across Central Asia. Advanced to final-stage interviews with Antler Singapore before age restrictions (18+) disqualified the team - demonstrating early traction that attracted institutional investor interest.
